Plays: 45[Flash 9 is required to listen to audio.]
Five minutes and thirty-two seconds: Pressed horribly for time today so here’s a semi-obscurity from the vaults of my hard drive (originally sourced via mackro I believe!) - “Strange Mysterious Sounds” by The Spike Drivers. As you might imagine from a 1966 song called that, this is PSYCHEDELIC ROCK of a particularly fruity stripe - think The Doors fronted by Tom Baker maybe! (The accent is kind of fake-British, they were from Detroit I believe.) I don’t think the guitar solo is going to win many prizes but who cares, they use their five-and-a-half-minutes very well to build a predictable but still highly enjoyable atmosphere.
What would your 5’32” track have been?

The Orb - Secrets (from Orblivion, which is better than I remembered it was, but better than what came afterwards)
