Four minutes and eleven seconds: Wayne Smith’s “Under Me Sleng Teng” - massively important, birth of dancehall, outrageously infectious, sampled by all and sundry, etc etc. But mainly because it might be my favourite bassline ever. Could be five times as long as far as I’m concerned.
